欧盟发布R&TTE指令1类设备指导性产品清单

    2012年7月,欧盟委员会在向成员国咨询后发布了一份文件,列出了属于1类设备范畴的指导性产品清单(见表1)。根据这份公布的文件,2.4GHz、输出功率小于100mW的产品可定义为1类设备,CE标志上无需加注惊叹号警告符号,如在2400 MHz~24835 MHz频率范围内工作的宽带数据传输设备(22子类)。文件中没有给出过渡期。不过,目前已上架产品应该不会收到影响。
